Week 2: Review
We look at your data, documents, tools and current policies. Each candidate use is scored for value, effort and risk.
Week 3: Plan
You receive the written report and a 90-day plan. We brief your leadership and answer questions.

- What do you need from us?
- A point of contact, about six to ten staff interviews of 45 minutes each, and read access to the policies and sample documents we agree on at kickoff.
- Do you need access to our systems?
- Usually not. We work from interviews, documents you share and screen walk-throughs. If access is needed we follow your process for it.
- What if we already use AI?
- Most teams do, with or without approval. The assessment maps what is in use, what is working, and what puts you at risk.
- Is the scope really fixed?
- Yes, for one department, office or program. Larger scopes are quoted separately before any work starts.
- Do you need our health information?
- No. We work from interviews and written policies, and do not ask for case, client or patient records.
- Do we have to hire you afterward?
- No. The report is written so your own staff or another firm can carry it out.
