What we collect and why.

Short version: what you type into the request form, used only to reply to you, and anonymous page counts kept on our own server.

The request form

When you send the form we store your name, work email and organization, plus anything you add: phone, type of organization, good times for a call and your message. We also store which site referred you and which page you landed on. We use these to reply and to scope possible work. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

We send one confirmation email to the address you enter. Email is delivered by Resend, our email provider.

Server logs

Our web server and our network provider keep standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and page counts

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

We count page views and button clicks on our own server. Each count records the page, the site that referred the visit, any campaign tag in the link, and whether the screen was phone, tablet or desktop size. It does not record your IP address or anything that identifies you.

The readiness tool keeps your choices in your browser for the current visit so the request form can show them to you. They are sent only if you send the form.

Sensitive information

Do not send patient, client or case information, or anything classified or controlled, through this site or by email. If an engagement needs documents from you, we agree on a transfer method in the written scope first.

Removing your details

Write to [email protected] and we will delete what you sent.
