Services

What we do, and how each piece is sold.

For public health departments, emergency management offices, hospitals and community organizations. Nothing is billed by the open-ended hour. Each engagement has a written scope and either a fixed price or a capped monthly fee.

01

Strategy and readiness

Find out where AI pays off, and where it does not.

We interview the people doing the work, review how your data and documents move, and rank the use cases by value and risk. You get a plan you can act on without us.

What you get

  • A ranked list of use cases with effort and risk for each
  • A review of your data, tools and current rules
  • A 90-day plan with owners and decision points

How it is sold: Starts with the AI Readiness Assessment. Fixed price.

AI Readiness Assessment: $7,500, 3 weeks →

02

Workforce training

Teach your people to use AI and check its work.

Hands-on sessions built around your team's real tasks, not generic demos. Staff learn to write clear requests, verify outputs, and know what must never go into a public tool. Leaders get a separate session on oversight.

What you get

  • Live sessions for staff, built on your workflows
  • A leadership session on risk, oversight and buying
  • Reference material your team keeps

How it is sold: Half-day, full-day or multi-week formats. Scoped per group.

03

Policy and governance

Write the rules before the tools spread.

Your staff are already using AI. We help you set rules they can follow: what is allowed, what data is off limits, who approves a new use, and how you keep a record. We work from the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and your existing security and records requirements.

What you get

  • An acceptable-use policy in plain language
  • A use-case inventory and a review process for new uses
  • A risk review for the uses that affect people or money

How it is sold: Fixed scope. Usually 4 to 8 weeks.

04

Custom builds

Build the tool when off-the-shelf does not fit.

Agents, automations, and search over your own documents. We start with a small pilot on one workflow, measure it against the way you work today, and only then decide whether to build further. You own the code and the prompts.

What you get

  • A working pilot on one workflow, with a measured result
  • Source code, prompts and run instructions handed over
  • A written test record: what it gets right and where it fails

How it is sold: Fixed-scope pilot first. Larger builds quoted after.

05

Ongoing advisory

Keep a standing adviser as the tools change.

A set number of hours each month for reviews, vendor evaluations, second opinions and staff questions. Useful after an assessment, when the plan meets real work.

What you get

  • Monthly working sessions with your lead
  • Vendor and tool reviews with no reseller ties
  • Questions answered between sessions

How it is sold: Monthly retainer. Cancel with 30 days notice.

What we will not do

Four things we turn down.

  1. No reselling

We take no commission or referral fee from any AI vendor.

  2. No open-ended hours

If we cannot write the scope down, we are not ready to start.

  3. No guessing at results

We do not promise savings before we have measured your work.

  4. No black boxes

Anything we build comes with its source, prompts and test record.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem and we will tell you which one fits. Sometimes the honest answer is none of them.
